How the score works

The 12-Point Check: 12 checks picked for your kind of business. A restaurant is checked on ordering, a salon on booking, a contractor on getting a quote. Each gap comes with a quick fix. About a minute · No login, no card · Anything we can’t check is left out of your score.

02Can they find the basics?

03Will they trust you?

04Does it work on a phone?

Questions owners ask

Before you run it

What does the 12-Point Check look at?

It looks at what a customer sees before they call: a tap-to-call number, your hours, your address or service area, a way to order, book, get a quote or shop (whichever fits your kind of business), photos, your Google rating and reviews, and how fast your homepage loads on a phone.

Is the check really free?

Yes. The check and your report are free, with no login and no card. Your score, your top 3 fixes and the full checklist show right away. The full fix list is optional: for that you leave your name, email and mobile number, which go to the 806 Growth team in Lubbock.

Do you keep my information?

We keep your report for 30 days: your business’s Google place ID, your website address and what our checks found. We don’t store Google’s data; your rating and reviews are pulled fresh from Google each time the report opens. If you ask for the full fix list, your name, email and phone go to 806 Growth, and a preview site built from your website is kept up to 90 days.

How long does the check take?

Usually about a minute. You watch each step finish as it really happens. The slowest step is testing your homepage’s speed on a phone with Google PageSpeed; if Google does not answer within 25 seconds, we skip it and leave it out of your score.

Do I need a website to run it?

No. Search for your business by name and the check reads your Google listing. If there is no website on it, your report says so and still covers your listing. You can also check by website address only, which skips the Google part.
